Viticulture
The grapes for this wine are grown in the Loncomilla Valley, a sub valley of the better known Maule Valley. The soils are sandy loam and the vines are trained using Vertical Shoot Positioning. Harvest takes place at the beginning of March.
Winemaking & Maturation
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12 – 14 C to retain freshness
Tasting Note
Delicate pale yellow colour with faint green relections. Fresh, clean and intense nose . White currant, fresh herbs and lime aromas are emphasized with fine notes of sweat and asparagus. Strong on the palate with a great balance and texture. Juicy, fresh and crispy acidity, with some minerality. Long and tasty finish.
Food Recommendations
Excellent as an aperitif, or serve with seafood, poultry or light dishes.
